Vector Tsumuji

**Tsumuji = Hair Whorl

Function preparation for Tsumuji on surface. Among the point field, user can assign a center point (I call it Tsumuji point) so that all the other surrounding vectors will be effected.

1. Create direct vector from the center Pt to a target Pt.
2. VectorCrossProduct 1. and Z axis.
3. VectorAdd 2. and Z axis.

Keep the dblLength of 1, then use later to adjust the length of each vector according to how far a target point is from the Tsumuji point.

Happy New Year!

I'm applying for Smart Geometry Conference. Computational and parametric design approach and solutions I got interested hanging out in SCI-Arc... it would be fun to see what I can do to collaborate with tough professionals in practice, academia and research.

Christmas Card

Happy Holidays! 2008 holiday card design. LIVE WIRE image is used for the motif. If I show this piece to SCI-Arc folks, they would give me CREATIVE comments like...

"composition is not working"
"color is not matching"
"eyes won't be directed in a way you want" etc etc...

Well, it won't be the case if you are working with engineers. Regarding graphic design and compositions, they fall for whatever I do... Ha! so easy :P

Uniform

淡々と隣を歩いてゆく友人に声をかける。

「リエ、真剣に考えてみて欲しい。
夏までやらないで春の大会で私たちの引退にするの。どう思う？」

彼女は一瞥の沈黙の後、諦めたように答えた。

「ユキエからそれを聞くとは、思ってなかったな。」

この人は無防備に言葉を濁さない。決して。

同じくらい背の高い彼女と話す時は真横でも目線を下げなくていい。なんとなく申し訳ない感じやしっかりしなくてはいけない感じがしなくてよかった。その代わりいつも、正直で的確でなければならない気がした。信頼ってこういうことか、と咲きやらぬ桜並木を見上げて霞のようにそう思った。

この物語はフィクションです。上のくだりしか覚えていなかったけれど。それにしてもリアルな設定。私ちゃっかり船高の制服まで着てました。
